When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). If you create a business profile, we collect your business name, email, phone, address, and ABN.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

Client Data

You may upload or enter information about your clients, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses. You are the data controller for this information.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the ClickBrat platform
  • To process transactions and send related information
  • To send transactional emails (invoices, quotes, appointment reminders)
  • To provide AI-powered features (lead qualification, suggested responses)
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues

3. AI Processing

Some features use AI to analyse your data (e.g., lead scoring, receipt extraction, suggested responses). This processing happens via third-party AI providers. We do not use your data to train AI models. Data sent to AI providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI providers
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain records for up to 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You can export your data at any time from the Profile page.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), session management, rate limiting, and audit logging. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
